Payment:
Our company, established in 1996, deals with Israeli products, and mainly dead sea cosmetic. We operate stores in the Dead Sea area and work with producers and laboratories in developing products containing Dead Sea minerals and various vitamin, oily and aromatic supplements etc.
Until recently, our main export effort was to distributors and tradesmen throughout the world and not to the private market. In this site however you can find the very finest of products available in Israel and with a similar level of service.
We wish to transmit our expertise and experience directly to you in the private market sector without markups either in price or in service.
Tax:
Our experience shows us there in most countries around the world, there is no taxation on personal use of cosmetics, but it should be noted that any tax demanded for payment for delivery charges is beyond our control and responsibility; therefore, the customer will bear responsibility for said charges.
Security:
The store is secured by the most up to date and sophisticated security measures available to prevent any leak or theft of information stored in the site.
Delivery Times:
We have been operating for the past five years with the Israel Postal Authority that has connections with all the global postal authorities.
A regular consignment will arrive within 12-13 working days.
EMS deliveries, for an additional charge, take between 5-7 working days.
Return Policy:
When receiving a package, prior to opening it, check that the package is intact and that the cardboard box is unharmed, and that there are no stain marks or leaks. In event that any of the above are noticed, notify us immediately by email.
We will attend to the matter with all due urgency and it should be noted that in such cases, the package should not be opened and it should be forwarded to the following address:

If the parcel has not been received within the time designated as delivery time, inform us by email and we will do our utmost to inquire into the matter. It should be noted that worldwide mail enquiries take up to 45 working days.
If in case a consignment is received but you are not satisfied by the products, please inform us by email and we will look into each case accordingly.
Cancellation of transaction procedure:
Usually an order is received, filled and sent within 24 hours. Therefore an order may be cancelled within 24 hours with problem. After this time, and following the consignment being dispatched and credit charges will only be cancelled following the return of the package to us intact. The customer will bear the cost for returning the package to us.
