LOVE this stuff! when you get it a sticker is covering the instructions. But basically it's like a cold cream cleanser. You pump some into your hand, apply to your face, rub product on your skin using a circular motion and wipe off with tissue or towel and finish off with a toner. Works great after using their black mud mask or just as an everyday cleanser.
